Dona Griffin has been married to Gene for 40 years. They first met while in her sophomore year at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dona and Gene have five children and five grandchildren. She has been with the company from the beginning and has played an integral part in the company’s success since it’s start in 1989. Her attention to detail and client needs has paid tremendous dividends as the company has grown and developed. Gene is quick to say that she is the reason for it all.
